Lucky

I have 2 friends right now that have children in the NICU. My friend Lori who had lost a twin at 26 weeks gave birth at 32 weeks to her son David. And now my friend Michelle gave birth at 28 weeks to her boy, girl twins. So now these 3 sweet, innocent babies will ride the NICU roller coaster, and I know that all will be ok. I have very positive memories from the boys stay there, and I know they are in the best place with the best possible care.
That is why I feel lucky right now, lucky to have my boys. I have more love in my heart every day for them and I am forever grateful that I was given them to love and take care of.
