18 months old!!!

How did this happen, how are they 1 1 /2 years old? Last month I read an article that said they will start to understand everything we say to them, and I thought no way. Now I take that back, they really do understand everything and are happy to do what we ask them to. Some favorites of mine are to throw something in the garage, kiss or hug your brother, go get Elmo, point out their body parts and point to each other and always know who is who. Now when someone asks me how they are doing, I happily reply they are my little maniacs and run all over the place. They have such great personalities, and boy do they test us! The other night we were upstairs and I had just given them baths. Gage took off with the toothpast and as I asked him for it back he slyly inched his way tp the gate at the top of the stairs, threw it over the gate and down the stairs, and looked at me and said "uh-oh" as sweet as can be. Hard to not laught at, but we are trying. They all love to hang out on the couch, but again test us by hanging near the edge and waiting to get yelled at to sit on their butts, they smile and laugh at it, scares us to death!
