Catching up

So much going on with the boys, where to start! I will go in birth order, only fair right??
Evan has been tearing up the house on his walker. He loves that thing and will just do laps around the house making driving noises, and then pulling his arm down when I tell him to make the whistle go. He is such a loving, lively little guy. He generally keeps out of trouble, loves his toys and happy to play or read books.

Gage is all over the place, walking backwards, sideways, you name it he does it. He shares very nice and likes to bring us and his brothers random objects. He also knows when he did something wrong because he will start to walk sideways away from the mess or he will run to you and grab your leg, and then you know something is up. He loves to climb but still needs a little boost to get up on the furniture.

Caleb is by far the most challenging right now. He istrying to do so much, he is making me a nervous wreck! Today he gave himself a shiner over his right eye, not sure exactly what happened, but Rick heard him fall in his crib before nap and then he was crying and his little head was turning blue and swollen. He LOVES to climb the furniture and he needs no help to do this. He gets so happy and he is very proud when he does it, you cannot take your eyes of the kid! Any suggestions on how to stop a kid from climbing onto the end tables and taking down the lamps???? I think I said "sit on your butt" a 1,000 times today.

The boys are all getting their molars, it is going good, no issues. I think their runny noses last week may have been caused by that. Yesterday we took a trip to the mall, and it was so nice to get out. We ended up there on a day they were doing a car and motorcycle show inside the mall, so that made it real busy. But overall the boys did excellent, they had their big boy cups and cheerios and goldfish, so all was good with them.

Oh boy!! The fun has just begun...I remember those days, sort of...You have to just realize that they will get bumps, bruises etc...I tried very hard to "watch over" Thomas many times....but they are just so darn fast! I just tried to keep things at bay as much as I could..He really did not screw around with too much stuff.. Very mild child, I guess I was blessed! You have your hands full...you need those three monkeys..See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil, or else instead of Speak No Evil....Do No Evil???!!! Good luck...each phase is an everlasting challenge!!!
