Milestones
The boys have been doing many new exciting things over the past month. They are all great at mimicking. They can all clap when you ask them to, they cover their faces to play peek-a-boo when you ask where they are, they make funny noises with their lips and mouths when they hear you and they can stick out their tongue when they see yours. Their first mimicking was doing "Soooo big" and that still is a group favorite. They are getting more and more active everyday. Gage has been crawling since October and he has been all over the place. He cruises everything and all he needs is 1 finger of assistance to walk. He hasn't tried on his own yet but I am sure he will in the near future. He is awesome at climbing the stairs too and loves to look between his legs with his head on the ground. Caleb started to crawl on all fours on new years day and he started to pull himself up on everything last week. The choo choo wagon is what finally enticed him enough to pull up on it, and now he just stands there so he can play with the seatbelts in it. He had been rolling everywhere and army crawling for awhile. He loves to put his head on the ground and look between his legs. Caleb has also started to climb the stairs and he is slow and steady. Evan is still army crawling and rolling, but he has now been able to get to sitting from laying down and down from sitting. He will do one arm push ups and grab things but he has not pulled himself up yet. It is amazing to see how they have really started to do so much in the past 2 weeks. Rick and I were on vacation from Christmas eve until today so we got to spend so much time with the boys it was great. It really was the best vacation we have had, lots of laughs with the boys and great family time together.
