Cooking with the boys

We had another fun, busy weekend with the boys. Saturday morning we took the boys to the farmers market, probably our last time for the year due to the weather getting colder and colder. When you live in Buffalo,NY snow can appear any day now. It is not uncommon for snow to be on the ground while kids are trick or treating.

Sunday morning I decided it was time to make the first batch of chili for the fall season. I am not much of a cook, and honestly I really dislike cooking. I enjoy eating, just not the preparation part. But chili is one of the few things I can cook well and everyone seems to enjoy. SO as I was digging into the farthest corner of the cupboard to dig out my enormous stock pot, I decided the boys are just about the right height to put in there for some cute pictures. the only thing that would have made this even better would of been if I had little chef hats for them to wear. Here is the recipe for baby stew:
Add 1 Evan

Add 1 Gage

Add 1 Caleb, simmer on stove until done.

Just kidding, see the boys are safe and sound, bundled for a walk in the brisk fall air.
